Important information
I source and sell wonderful African items, the vast majority of which are handmade and unique. Because of this, there may be variations in size, style and colour. Please do be aware of this when ordering. If you have any concerns about this, do contact me before ordering, I’ll be happy to help.
Returns
I accept returns for damaged goods, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items need to be in new condition and in their original packaging, where appropriate, for a full refund.
Unfortunately, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned for a refund, unless they are faulty. Do contact me as soon as possible if you would like credit or a replacement.
Delivery times
Do please be aware that some of the items are made to order. I aim for delivery within 14 days of ordering, but for those and custom made products, the time scale can be up to 6 weeks. Please do check with me first - I will always do my best to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible.
